My stay at the hotel was wonderful overall. The room was spacious and had a separate lounge area, although the handicapped bathroom caused some inconvenience with water getting everywhere during showers. The service was top-notch, with great assistance in arranging transport and changes to my plans, though one staff member at checkout was quite rude. The location was picturesque, overlooking the river and conveniently accessible to many areas, especially with the regular shuttle service provided. The dining experience was delightful, offering a variety of delicious options, including their famous cookies. The hotel's facilities were great, complementing my stay with everything I needed.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the rooms were like sitting on a rock due to the broken AC, but the pull-out sofa was as described. The front desk service was superb during our checkout window, even though we were charged for something we didn’t do. The location was convenient for exploring Boston, although noise made it hard to sleep. The dining experience was excellent and included in the rate, far surpassing other Double Tree Hotels we've visited. Despite these ups and downs, the attentive staff made both instances pleasant.

Although the cleanliness could have been better, the room had a lovely view of the river. The service was fantastic, and I would definitely return for their exceptional hospitality. The location, though not in the heart of the city, was amazing with easy access to major attractions. Dining was a bit overpriced but the food quality was top-notch!
